These terms govern your use of the Nutriomeals app and your meal subscription. By using the app, you agree to them.

Service provider
Nutriomeals is provided by [legal entity name], commercial registration [CR number], VAT number [VAT number].
Your account
- You sign in with a Saudi mobile number and a verification code. You're responsible for keeping the code private and for activity on your account.
- Your details, especially your delivery address and mobile number, must be accurate and up to date.
Subscriptions and payment
- Plans and prices, including VAT, are shown in the app before you pay.
- Your subscription starts on the date you choose and is activated once payment succeeds.
- An electronic tax invoice is issued for every payment and is available in the app.
- Subscriptions renew only at your request or as clearly shown to you before you confirm. [confirm renewal policy]
Freezing, cancelling and refunds
- You can request a freeze in the app, subject to the notice period, balance and eligibility shown to you.
- You can cancel in the app. Any refundable amount is calculated under the [refund policy] shown before you confirm.
- Refunds go back to the original payment method. If a paid subscription can't be applied for a reason on our side, we refund the full amount automatically.
Delivery
- We deliver to addresses within our service area at the times shown in the app.
- If a delivery fails because of an incorrect address or no one being available, it may not be redelivered or compensated. [confirm policy]
Meals and allergies
- We show each meal's ingredients and approximate nutrition values. Always check them before eating if you have allergies.
- We take the allergies you set into account as far as possible, but meals may be prepared in a kitchen that handles other allergens.
- The service doesn't provide medical advice, and meals aren't designed to treat medical conditions. Consult your doctor when needed.
Acceptable use
You may not use the app unlawfully, attempt unauthorized access to our systems, or abuse offers and discount codes. We may suspend accounts that do.
Intellectual property
The app, its content and the Nutriomeals brand belong to us or our licensors and may not be copied or used without permission.
Limitation of liability
We take reasonable care in providing the service and aren't liable for indirect damages, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and its courts have jurisdiction over any dispute.
Changes
We may change these terms and will notify you in the app before any significant change takes effect.
